Video Submission Instructions
To submit your gait analysis video follow these simple instructions
Step 1
Capture a posterior and lateral view of your gait as instructed in the video above
Step 2
Name your file to include your first and last name
Step 3
Fill in the notes section with:
- Name
- Email Address
- Brand and style of current shoes being used
- History of foot/ankle/lower leg injuries and conditions
- Activity goals ( Exp. Afternoon walks, hiking, run 5K)
Step 4
Upload files and submit
